As a member, you will have unlimited access to all of our classes through an app called ZenPlanner. This is where you will reserve your spot in the classes you plan to attend. Our Bootcamp class is 45 minutes of(HIIT) high intensity interval training.
We keep things fresh by using a wide range of class formats and various equipment, such as, TRX, Bosu, Equilizer bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Penalty Boxes, sandbags, gliders, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, wall balls, slam balls, rowers, stationary bikes, air assault bikes, boxing gloves, heavy bags, speed bags, and sleds. But don’t worry! Our certified trainers will work one on one, to ensure you have proper form and the modifications you need. Each quarter, we will have a benchmark fit test. It’s important to see where your fitness level stands, so you know what you need to improve and what goals to set. Whether you’re just beginning a healthy lifestyle or a former athlete looking to get back in shape, we will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and help guide you towards getting the results you want.
